Flexible CE Driver – Covering Routes Across Our Network
No fixed route. No repetitive days. We’re looking for a flexible CE driver to cover vacations, absences and operational needs across our transport network.
Are you an experienced driver who enjoys variety, flexibility and new challenges? Do you thrive in a role where no two weeks are exactly alike?

This is not a fixed-route position. Instead, you will be the driver we rely on when flexibility and adaptability are needed most. Depending on operational requirements, you may drive anything from city semi-trailers and box-trucks (Class C) to vans (Class B).
If you enjoy diverse assignments, changing environments and being part of a professional team that keeps the wheels turning, this could be the perfect role for you.
Job Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
Valid CE driving licence
Valid Driver code 95 (YSK)
Valid ADR certificate
Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
Scandinavian language skills are an advantage, but not required
Forklift certificates T1 and T4 are advantageous, but not required
A professional attitude towards safety, customer service and quality
Working Hours
Working hours are primarily between 06:00 and 19:00, Monday through Friday.
Occasional variations may occur depending on operational needs and the assignments being covered.
Your Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Covering routes during vacations, sick leave and other absences
Supporting operational peaks and changing customer demands
Operating CE combinations, box-trucks (Class C) and occasionally vans (Class B)
Transport and distribution assignments across various customers and locations
Loading and unloading goods
Using handheld terminals and digital transport systems
Providing feedback and contributing to the development of our in-house software solutions
Who Are You?
We believe you will succeed in this role if you are:
Flexible and comfortable adapting to changing assignments
Independent, proactive and able to take initiative
Solution-oriented and dependable
Comfortable handling busy and dynamic workdays
Structured, organized and efficient
Technically minded and confident using digital tools
A strong communicator who collaborates well with colleagues and customers
Professional and aware that you represent both our company and our customers
Most importantly, you enjoy variety and take pride in being the person the operation can depend on when plans change.
What We Offer
A permanent position in an innovative and growing transport company
Competitive terms under a collective agreement
A highly varied workday with different assignments and customers
Opportunities to operate modern city semi-trailer combinations
Modern equipment and digital tools
A workplace where your input and ideas are valued
